Questions about order tracking, processing times, invoices, promotional codes...

24 hours after your order, you will receive an order confirmation and you will be able to track your order from your customer area under "My Orders". An email of expedition will be sent to you once this one effective. Traking will be possible if your order is delivered at home.

This service is only offered to professionals. If you have been notified by email, you can pick up your order directly at our warehouse.
In order to collect your order, please present yourself at the reception desk with an ID and your order confirmation.
If you cannot pick up your items immediately, we will hold them for you for 14 days. 
NB: If you have not been notified, your order has probably not yet arrived. Your order is in partial state, so you can contact our customer service to have more details on the state of your order. 

Generally, all your orders are shipped between 12 hours and 48 hours maximum (working days). You are informed by e-mail of the shipment of your package.

Your invoice is accessible directly from your customer account in the "My orders" section.

In order to take advantage of your promotional code, enter it in the box reserved for this purpose in your shopping cart, before paying your order. Please check the applicable conditions of the promotional code (validity date, minimum basket size, etc.).
